Present form - go to bed
Let's break it down.
Subject + verb + time / location
I go to bed at 10:00pm.
She goes to bed at 10:00pm.

Note that the subjects (he, she and it) change the verb so there is an 'es' at the end of the word 'go'.

Negative
To make the negative use this form:
Subject + do not / does not + go to bed + time / location
I do not go to bed at 10:30pm.
She does not go to bed at 10:30pm.
He does not go to bed at 10:30pm.
They do not go to bed at 10:30pm.
We do not go to bed at 10:30pm.
You do not go to bed at 10:30pm.
It does not go to bed at 10:30pm.
Note that it is 'does not' for the subject 'he', 'she' and 'it'. It is 'do not' for all other subjects.
