Verb - to go to bed

Present form - go to bed

Let's break it down.

Subject + verb + time / location

I go to bed at 10:00pm.

She goes to bed at 10:00pm.

He goes to bed at 10:00pm.

They go to bed at 10:00pm.

We go to bed at 10:00pm.

You go to bed at 10:00pm.

It go to bed at 10:00pm.

Note that the subjects (he, she and it) change the verb so there is an 'es' at the end of the word 'go'. 

Conversation:

A: What time do you go to bed everyday?

B: I go to bed at 10:00pm. 

A: What time does your dad go bed?

B: My dad goes to bed at 11:00pm. 

A: What time do the children go to bed?

B: They go to bed at 7:00pm. 

Negative

To make the negative use this form:

Subject + do not / does not + go to bed + time / location

I do not go to bed at 10:30pm.

She does not go to bed at 10:30pm.

He does not go to bed at 10:30pm.

They do not go to bed at 10:30pm.

We do not go to bed at 10:30pm.

You do not go to bed at 10:30pm.

It does not go to bed at 10:30pm.

Note that it is 'does not' for the subject 'he', 'she' and 'it'. It is 'do not' for all other subjects.

To make a question use this form:

Do / Does + subject + go to bed + time / location

Do you go to bed at 6:30am?

Does she go to bed at 7:30am?

Does he go to bed at 7:30am?

Do they go to bed at 7:30am?

Do we go to bed at 7:30am?

Do I go to bed at 7:30am?

Does it go to bed at 7:30am?

Note that it is 'Does' for the subject 'he', 'she' and 'it'. It is 'Do' for all other subjects
